Driving at night is often more difficult than day driving for several reasons. Tragically, this lesson was reinforced recently because of a crash on Interstate 5 that killed two men. According to the Modesto Bee:

“Two men, one of them a former radio personality for hip-hop station KWIN (97.7-FM and 98.3-FM), died Friday night in a traffic collision on Interstate 5 in south Sacramento County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

According to the CHP, a red Toyota Camry, driven by Reyes-Torres, was southbound on I-5 at 10:15 p.m. when it crossed a divider and struck a white Honda Accord that was going north on the freeway. Hu, and his wife, Romina, were in the Accord.

Witnesses told officers that the driver of the Camry appeared to be driving recklessly prior to the collision, Duryee said, although investigators are not yet sure what caused the accident.”
